HEALTH INSURANCE FOR FOLKS OVER 65 YEARS
Congratulations! You have arrived!
Enjoy your Senior Status!
You are now able to use Medicare for your Health Care expenses, but your Medicare Options are numerous and can be a little bit confusing. Also, if you are newly eligible for Medicare or the open enrollment period is starting, your mail box will be flooded by offers from Insurance Companies. All this mail just tends to add to the confusion. You need someone to help sort out all your options.
That is where I come into the picture. I am an Independent Insurance Agent - which means I represent several different companies. Yes, I am paid by the insurance company, but my loyalty is to YOU, my CLIENT. And by the way, the cost of your insurance is the same if you purchase directly from the insurance company, or though my agency. I am the little extra benefit that you get, which makes it easier for you to navigate the health insurance marketplace.

Let's talk About Medicare
In a nutshell, there are four parts to Medicare - A,B,C,D
Part A - Pays for services you receive when confined to a hospital or Skilled Nursing Facility.
Part B - Pays for services received outside of the hospital such as doctor office visits and x-rays.
Part C - Medicare Advantage Plans - these plans are an arrangement in which a private insurance company has contracted with Medicare to provide your Medicare Benefits.
Part D - Prescription Drug Plans - these plans provide coverage for your prescription drugs. However, chemotherapy drugs are covered under Part B.
You have choices as to how you would like to receive your Medicare Benefit.
